One of my first few entirely raw recipes! Some Italian-inspired raw kale wraps! These were absolutely delicious, really simple, and incredibly filling. I’m definitely going to do kale wraps more often because they’re basically the only way I like kale at all. The first two images are them unwrapped and the third is the final product. They consisted of:

  • My 3-Ingredient Pesto: Basil, Pine Nuts, and Olive Oil
  • Tomato Slices
  • White Mushrooms
  • My 3-Ingredient Cheese Sauce: Soaked Cashews, Nutritional Yeast, and a dash of water
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, and Thyme
  • 2 Kale Leaves per wrap (Or another type of big green leaf. Most types of kale probably won’t work.)

So goooood. And super-filling, too! I couldn’t eat these all at once!
